Essof Ashroff

Essof Ashroff (born 1932) is a Myanmar-born Indian cricketer. He was a right-handed batsman and wicket-keeper who played for Gujarat. He was born in Rangoon.

Ashroff made a single first-class appearance for the side, during the 1953-1954 season, against Maharashtra. From the opening order, he scored 4 runs in the first innings in which he batted, and 47 runs in the second.

He took a single catch from behind the stumps, securing the wicket of onetime Indian Test cricketer Bal Dani.
