Ethical Accreditation by the Ethical Company Organisation has previously been awarded to several of the world's most ethical companies including Innocent, Green Energy and Natracare. Only companies scoring in the top third of their product sectors qualify for possible ethical accreditation and researched companies have scored as low as 14 (fail) and as high as 100 (pass) on the Ethical Company Index. The standard sets the benchmark for overall company ethicality with regards to human rights, the environment and animal welfare.
