Eupoecilia inouei is a species of moth of the Tortricidae family. It is found in China (Guizhou, Hebei, Henan, Hunan, Jiangxi, Jilin, Ningxia, Shaanxi, Shanxi), Japan, Korea and Russia.[2]

The wingspan is 13–16 mm.[3]
