Euro-Mediterranean operates as a complement to and partner with other human rights organizations in the MENA region. Through news bulletins, video interviews and in-depth reports. Also expose incidents with detail not available through other sources, and probe broad patterns of behavior that call out for sustained attention. in addition Euro-Mediterranean pose recommendations for dealing with humanitarian crises and helping those affected. Issues of focus are the extralegal executions,Torture, Treatment of civilians during armed conflicts, Detention of prisoners of conscience, Rights of refugees and migrants, Women's and children's rights, Fugitives from justice.
With increasing of the conflicts in the "hottest” spots in the world like The Middle East and the North Africa region, violations of the human rights in all its shapes increase rapidly. Euro- Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor investigate and expose oppression and atrocities has become urgent. Not only to observe and document violations of human rights, but also to inform public opinion and “plant the seeds” for international mobilization by advocacy organizations, governmental bodies, watchdog groups and grassroots activists.
