FELDA United Football Club is a Malaysian football club based in Jengka, Pahang which is owned by Federal Land Development Authority (FELDA).[2][3] The club currently plays in the second tier of Malaysian football, Malaysia Premier League. Felda United has participated in the Malaysian football league since 2007.[4]

History[edit]

Felda United was formed on 19 January 2007 to participate in the 2007 Malaysia FAM Cup.[3] It was initiated by FELDA and was officiated by the then Deputy Prime Minister of Malaysia, Najib Razak on 19 January 2007.

Felda United has been one of the more consistent teams in Malaysian FAM Cup 2007. Felda United considers the Petronas Stadium in Bangi, Selangor as its home ground, although it has played some matches in MINDEF Stadium in Kuala Lumpur whenever the Petronas Stadium was not available.

Stadium[edit]

Felda United currently plays in the Tun Abdul Razak Stadium in Jengka, Pahang, since 2015.

In their early involvement in the Malaysia league, they have played in the Petronas Stadium in Bangi, Selangor, and also MINDEF Stadium in Kuala Lumpur for the Malaysia FAM League seasons. They also have played in the Petaling Jaya Stadium and Selayang Stadium in Selangor, Hang Jebat Stadium in Melaka, and KLFA Stadium in Kuala Lumpur, before moving to their current stadium for the 2016 Malaysia Super League season.
