Summary[edit]

Description
English: AM radio station 1550 kHz. Belmont, California, USA. Transmitter site and antennas. Photo taken during King Tide flooding of O'Neill Slough, the high tide waters of San Francisco Bay, on 2015 NOV 26 at 1PM PST local time. The nearest tide station is Redwood City, which indicated water level about +9.6 ft MLLW. The photo shows flood of the transmitter site by the combined waters of the Pacific Ocean, San Francisco Bay, and the local watershed around Belmont Wetlands. It also shows how global climate change has raised the tide in this area, and the proximity of the tidal water to US Highway 101. This photo was taken from the vantage point of the O'Neill Slough - Foster City levee looking southward.
