This image is the cover of a videotape, DVD, Blu-ray, etc. and the copyright for it is most likely owned by either the publisher of the video or the studio which produced the video in question. It is believed that the use of low-resolution images of video covers to illustrate the videotape or disc in question on the English-language Wikipedia, hosted on servers in the United States by the non-profit Wikimedia Foundation, qualifies as fair use under the Copyright law of the United States. Though the picture is subject to copyright I (Fallen Wings) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

• it illustrates an educational article about the anime from which the cover illustration was taken.
• it is a low resolution copy official artwork.
• it does not limit the copyright owners rights to sell the manga/comic in any way.
• the logo is not used in such a way that a reader would be confused into believing that the article is written or authorized by the owner of the logo.
