This image is being linked here; though the picture is subject to copyright I feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

1. No free alternative to this strip exists, so it is impossible to include otherwise
2. This appears at degraded resolution and smaller size than the original
3. The image in question is discussed in the Wikipedia article and is included for purpose of critical commentary
4. It is cropped deliberately to cut off some of the image and text, and to show only as much as is needed to illustrate the discussion contained the article
5. It is unlikely to affect the sales of the newspapers that carry the strip due to its low quality, and cropping off essential parts of the panel
6. Illustrates cartoonist's style that is essential for an understanding of the subject of the article
