The angel of peace flying r. above the liberated personification of Belgium. 3 lines at r.: "TRAITE DE VERSAILLES 28 JUIN 1919". Curved above: "LA BELGIQUE ROMPT SA NEUTRALITE". / A standing Belgian soldier facing East against Germany, curved above: "L' ARMEE BELGE PATICIPE A LA GARDE DU RHIN".
