Fair use rationale for Boomslang[edit]

1. The image is at reduced resolution and is of the front of the album cover which is discussed in the article.
2. It does not reduce the copyright holder's ability to market the product: images of the cover are widely available on the web.
3. The cover is of particular significance to the album (and to the history of pop music covers) and is critically discussed in the article with reference to the image.
4. Since the cover is copyrighted, there is no free content replacement.
