For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme. Ein neuer deutscher Luftriese ! Das neue deutsche Grossflugzeug "Do K" wurde zum ersten Mal den Behörden und Pressevertretern auf dem Flughafen Tempelhof in Berlin öffentlich vorgeführt. Das Flugzeug hat eine besondere Construktion, um den Luftwiderstand besser zu überwinden. Der Rumpf ist nach Zeppelinform gebaut und bietet in seinem Innern 10 Passagieren Platz. Die 4 Motoren haben eine Gesamtstärke von 960 P.S. geben dem Flugzeug eine Stundengeschwindigkeit vbis zu 250 km. |
