The inclusion of the image here on Wikipedia will have no significant effect on marketability of the image, should Radio Santa Fe choose to sell the image. The photo is being used for non-profit, educational purposes and it's release under Fair Use will be of great benefit to the public. It will add very much to the educational value of articles related to Colombian paramilitarism by giving a photo of one of the main protagonists in the armed conflict. |
