This weapon system was displayed at an IRGC-N military technology exhibition held at “Khalij Fars Martyrs” (Chitgar) artificial lake facilities, Tehran District 22.
The US government reports that this limpet mine is called "Iranian Indigenous Extra-Large Limpet Mine" and was used in the 2019 Gulf of Oman incident. (Source)
