Fair use rationale[edit]

This image is considered fair use in Cinderella City because it illustrates the subject of the article in the early part of its history. This area was renovated in the early 1980s, thus changing it drastically, and the mall was demolished in the late 1990s, meaning no free-licensed replacement is able to be created.
