Description Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe (at podium), Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack (left), and Virginia First Lady Dorothy McAuliffe, Richmond Public Schools Superintendent Dr. Dana Bedden and Richmond Mayor Dwight Jones at the Woodville Elementary to announce innovative new initiatives aimed at ending childhood hunger, and the national expansion of Team Up for Success in schools in Richmond, VA, the projects are funded by the Healthy, Hunger Free Kids Act, enacted in 2010 with bipartisan support in Richmond, VA, on Monday, March 9, 2015.
