Description
English: Progress curve for an enzyme reaction. The slope in the initial rate period is the initial rate of reaction v. The Michaelis-Menten equation describe how this slope varies with the concentration of substrate.
日本語: 酵素反応の進行を図にしたもの。初期速度区間 "initial rate period" と示された部分の傾きは、初期速度 v を表す。 ミカエリス-メンテンの式は基質濃度を変化させたときにこの傾きがどう変わるかを表現する。
