November 16, 2012

On November 14, the IDF launched Operation "Pillar of Defense", a widespread campaign against terror sites and operatives in the Gaza Strip. Over the past several days Hamas has fired hundreds of rockets at Israeli communities, threatening the lives of millions of civilians.

Pictured: IDF forces in staging areas around the Gaza Strip, ready for deployment. In the last day the Israeli government has authorized the recruitment of 75,000 reserve soldiers.
