Summary

w:Frances Thwaites (Cockey) Fendall (1794-1874) in the center surrounded by four of her five daughters. Frances was the wife of Dr. w:Edward Fendall (1786-1834). This was sent via ship to her son, w:Charles Edward Fendall (1821-1894) in Oregon. The four daughters in the picture were w:Emily Lucelia (Fendall) Duvall (1814-1872); w:Anne Evelyn (Fendall) Kyle (1820-1874); w:Araminta (Fendall) Duvall (1829-1909); and w:Alice Fitzhugh Lee (Fendall) Maynadier (ca. 1834). However, the order is not known. The other daughter, w:Laura Frances "Louisa" (Fendall) Duvall (1819-1845) had already passed away.
