Summary

Description	English: German soldiers marching through Oslo on 9 April 1940. The picture is also significant because of the boy on the bike to the left in the picture, traditionally believed to depict Gunnar Sønsteby. This has however been disputed, as Erik Gjems-Onstad claimed that it was instead him. Varden Morgenbladet

This image is in the public domain in Norway because images not considered to be "works of art" become public domain 50 years after creation, provided that more than 15 years have passed since the photographer's death or the photographer is unknown.

This is according to § 23 in the Norwegian Åndsverkloven.
