The original picture

I have improved the original file by bringing up the shadow detail, sharpening slightly, and fixing the colour balance. End result: you can see the tree and surrounding buildings far better than before. My apologies if the above information is not formatted correctly (I'm still attempting to grok the intricacies of wiki coding).
