Summary

Description
English: Shown on top is "Fleur de sel" ("flower of salt" in French): a salt that forms as a thin, delicate crust on the surface of seawater as it evaporates. Shown on bottom is "Sel gris" ("gray salt" in French): a coarse granular sea salt popularized by the French.
