Čeština: Znak města Kostelec nad Orlicí, okres Rychnov nad Kněžnou. V červeném štítě stříbrný dvouocasý doprava obrácený lev se zlatou korunou na hlavě. Lev drží v pravé tlapě dva zlaté šípy hroty vzhůru, v levé tlapě pak dvě zkřížené zelené ratolesti.
