English: Little Haven Nature Reserve: sweep-netting The student here is sweep-netting for insects in the sward. The meadow is the one just north of Starvelarks Wood. The hedge in the background shows a good line of well-established trees. At the far left, this hedge forms the northern boundary of the Reserve, abutting the A127 (Southend Arterial Road). The Little Haven land is owned by the Little Havens Children's Hospice Trust http://www.littlehavens.org.uk/ , and is leased and managed by the Essex Wildlife Trust http://www.essexwt.org.uk/visitor_centres__nature_reserves/little_haven/.
