   Nations gaining more than a quarter of their power (>25%) produced by nuclear power plants. (e.g., Germany and the Ukraine).
   Nations gaining more than a tenth of their power (>10%) produced by nuclear power plants. (e.g., Russia and the United States)
   Nations gaining less than a tenth of their power (<12%) produced by nuclear power plants. (e.g., China and India)
