Čeština: Vlajka města Otrokovice, okres Zlín. List tvoří tři svislé pruhy, modrý, bílý a modrý. Přes žerďový a střední pruh vztyčený lipový list opačných barev. Ve vlajícím modrém pruhu u středního pruhu bílé krojidlo hrotem dolů a ostřím k vlajícímu okraji.
