English: New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina:

Stairway with display of a sample of the foodstuff collected by one household Uptown from Red Cross food distribution in October.

Included are en:MREs and their non-active duty cousin TOTMs, self-heating meals in more commercial packaging, and junk food donated by manufactuers. Perishible items like bread and oranges were only distrubuted towards the end of the month.
