English: Potsdams Combino No. 411 have just approached the station at Babelsberg Townhall station on April 18th 2009. The brick building in right background is the former town hall of Neuendorf (not the one of Babelsberg).
Deutsch: Der Potsdamer Combino 411 hat soeben an der Haltestelle Rathaus Babelsberg gehalten. Nach kurzem Halt geht die Fahrt weiter in Richtung Fontanestraße. Im oberen Teil der Sänften (Modul B und D) ist gut zu erkennen, dass dieses Fahrzeug bereits eine Sanierung durch die Fa. SIEMENS erhalten hat. Im Hintergrund, auf Höhe des Hauses mit der weißen Fassade, liegt ein Wendedreieck, das vor allem bei Veranstaltungen oder Bauarbeiten genutzt wird. Hier zweigte bis Mai 1992 die Linie 5 bzw. 95 ab um den heutigen Hauptbahnhof auf direktem Weg entlang der Friedrich-Engels-Straße zu erreichen. Das Ziegelgebäude rechts im Hintergrund ist das ehemalige Rathaus von Neuendorf (nicht dasjenige von Babelsberg). |
