Description
English: Command Sergeant Major, Delbert D. Byers, salutes during the presentation of the Resolute Support Colors at the Change of Mission Ceremony in Kabul. The North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Change of Mission Ceremony from International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) to Resolute Support Mission was held, Dec. 28, 2014, in Kabul, Afghanistan.
