English: Cropped from original. Following is original description: U.S. Navy Rear Adm. Robert Wray, deputy commander of Military Sealift Command, center, tours the White Beach logistical compound at Varreoux Beach in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, with Capt. Paul Webb, commanding officer of Amphibious Construction Battalion (ACB) 2, left, and Capt. Clay Saunders, commodore of Joint Logistics Over the Shore (JLOTS) Feb. 23, 2010. ACB-2 is conducting construction, humanitarian and disaster relief operations as part of Operation Unified Response after a 7.0-magnitude earthquake caused severe damage in and around Port-au-Prince.
