Summary[edit]

Description
English: The picture was created by myself during my PhD for evaluating three different HIV epitope predictors. The methods were tested on only a small protein sample, so the results in this picture should not be used to evaluate the strength of the predictors. There're enough papers online (pubmed) where they're compared using large datasets.
