This image qualifies for use in the SimCity 3000 article for the following reasons:

1. The image is intended to illustrate and identify the interface, illustration and graphics of the SimCity 3000 video game.
2. The image does not reveal the full nature of the game, as it only depicts the visual presentation of the game.
3. Because the image depicts a city from a wider view, a high resolution is needed to ensure that smaller elements in the game, such as highways, parks and buildings are still recognizable. Unless the city is depicted in a closer view where buildings are displayed in detailed, an image of a smaller resolution is generally detrimental to the illustration of the game.
4. There are no free alternatives to this image as the screen shot is derivative of a copyrighted video game.
5. It does not present SimCity 3000 in any way that would damage the reputation of the game.
