This file is a stereogram. Stereograms are stereoscopic images or animations which combine left and right frames showing slightly different visual angles to allow for 3D perception.

The stereogram uses en:wiggle stereoscopy, which quickly oscillates between the left and right frame (and sometimes intermediate frames) to create an illusion of 3D perception without requiring stereoscopic vision or devices.
