Construction of the Illinois Accelerator Research Center (IARC) Office, Technical and Education Building. The IARC is a new accelerator research facility being built at Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory. It will provide a state-of-the-art facility for research, development and industrialization of particle accelerator technology. It will develop partnerships with private industry for the commercial and industrial application of accelerator technology for energy and the environment, medicine, industry, national security and discovery science.
