Deutsch: Wappen der ehemaligen Gemeinde Hormersdorf, seit 2013 Teil der Stadt Zwönitz im Erzgebirgskreis, Sachsen
„In Grün schrägkreuzweise miteinander verschränkt ein schräglinker silberner Strumpf, ein rechter goldener Rechen, eine schräglinke goldene Haferrispe und eine schrägrechte goldene Getreideähre.“[1]

Die damalige Gemeinde erhielt 1995 die Genehmigung zur Führung des Wappens und 1997 zur Führung der Flagge.

„Weiß mit grünen Flanken. Gemeindewappen in der Mitte aufgelegt.“[1]
