This is an image depicting the eight subjects of the article in the act of picketing Citizens' National as part of the first bank strike in US history, an historic event that transformed the relationship between unions and women. It is believed that this image significantly increases readers' understanding of the topic and that its omission would be detrimental to that understanding.
