Fair use rationale for use in the article Witmark[edit]

Though this image is subject to copyright, its use is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

1. The image is only being used in the article about the catalog for informational and educational purposes.

3. The image is the primary means of visual identification of the article topic.
4. The image is a low resolution image, in an inferior graphics format (JPEG).
5. The image is only a small portion of the commercial product.
6. The use of this image will not affect the value of the original work.
7. The use of this image will not limit the copyright holder's rights or ability to distribute the original. In particular, copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the catalog. In addition, Witmark is no longer in operation, so a catalog would serve no useful purpose.
