Though this image is subject to copyright, I feel its use is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

1. This is an image created and uploaded for informational purposes only, for criticism and comment on the subject of the article, the novella "Disguise for Murder"
2. No free or public domain images have been located for this content.
3. This image meets general Wikipedia content requirements and is encyclopedic.
4. This image meets Wikipedia's media-specific policy.
5. The image is an accurate scan of the DVD cover created by the home video distributor Just Entertainment, and includes all text, art and logos.
6. This image is of low resolution and cannot be used for high-resolution printing. Any copies made from it will be of inferior quality.
7. Use of this image in the article adds to it significantly because it visually identifies the international version of the adaptation of the novella "Disguise for Murder" discussed in the Adaptations section of the article. The episode title "Wolfe Stays In" is visible at the bottom of the image. That title is unique to the international version of this episode of Nero Wolfe, a feature-length combination of two North American episodes ("Eeny Meeny Murder Moe" and "Disguise for Murder"). This image is the cover of a videotape, DVD, Blu-ray, etc. and the copyright for it is most likely owned by either the publisher of the video or the studio which produced the video in question. It is believed that the use of low-resolution images of video covers to illustrate the videotape or disc in question on the English-language Wikipedia, hosted on servers in the United States by the non-profit Wikimedia Foundation, qualifies as fair use under the Copyright law of the United States.
