Note:

  • I interpreted France in the data as including the overseas departments of Reunion, Guadeloupe, Martinique, and French Guiana as they are integral parts of France.
  • China does not include the SARs of Hong Kong and Macao.
  • The data for England (24.9%), Scotland (22.4%) and Wales (20%) was weighted by population and averaged to give a value for the United Kingdom (24.44%).
