Actually, this has Westchester County as 516, not the Bronx - although this is obviously also wrong; and then it has 914 in Connecticut. 516 is Nassau County only; Westchester is where 914 should be; and what's currently labeled as 914 should just be left out as it's not relevant to this map's inset.
There could be other errors, but this one is a pretty flagrant one.
