I was the one who originally "created" this image in response to an article at www.trekmovie.com. I'd "filled in" the front of the saucer and the nacelles, and removed the shuttle. Since it's an extrapolation of a copyrighted picture and not the original, I'm not sure if fair use would be violated displaying it full size, since notable changes were made. If I'd used the massive .jpg of the ship that's out there, then there would probably be an issue with printability. But it's pretty small.
So if that's the case, I give Wikipedia permission to use the picture at full resolution.
