The new version of the file has now been sourced directly from the Post Office website under fair use criteria. Do not delete. kashmiri TALK 10:00, 30 October 2014 (UTC)

This file should not be speedy deleted as an obviously non-free file but which is not claimed by the uploader to be fair use, because it has a completed fair-use rationale. While the source does not own the licence for the image that is irrevelant because it is used under a fair use claim and complies with WP:NFCC. --ww2censor (talk) 10:04, 30 October 2014 (UTC)
