The Finger Lakes Falcons are an independent women's football team based in the Finger Lakes area of New York and set to begin play for 2012. Owned by John Evans, the Falcons will play their home games at Tom Coughlin Stadium on the campus of Waterloo High School in Waterloo, New York.

The Falcons fill in the void left by the Empire State Roar (who folded after the 2007 Fall Season) for women's football in the Finger Lakes Area.[citation needed]
