Flag of Komi-Permyak Okrug

The flag of Komi-Permyak Okrug, in the Russian Federation, is a horizontal tricolor of red, white, and blue charged in the center by a perna emblem in red. The perna is the cultural symbol of the Komi-Permyak people.

The proportions of the flag were originally 2:3 in accordance to a law that was passed in the district on February 19, 1996. A new law, however, passed on June 27, 1997, changed it to 1:2.
