François Rebsamen (born 28 June 1951, Dijon) is a member of the Senate of France, representing the Côte-d'Or department. He is a member of the Socialist Party. He is mayor of Dijon, main city of Burgundy, since 2001.

He has been the Minister of Social Affairs since 2 April 2014 in the new Valls government under President François Hollande..
