Franz Rumpler (4 December 1848 in Tachov – 7 March 1922 in Klosterneuburg) was an Austrian genre painter and professor at the Viennese Academy of Fine Arts. Among his students were Kolo Moser, Franz Cižek, and Rudolf Jettmar.
