Apollo Broadcast Investors, Inc., formerly known as GV Broadcasting Systems, Inc. (GV), MediaScape and Metro City Media Services, is a radio network and cable television network. Its head offices are located at Angeles City, Pampanga and Makati.

It operates 5 radio stations, 2 DTH satellite providers: GV Satellite - broadcast via Mabuhay Satellite Agila 2 in DVB and NTSC color format exclusively to its subscribers using the Integrated Receiver-Decoder [1] and Cignal Digital TV, and a digital mobile TV platform (myTV, a joint venture with Smart Communications).

It is the operator of the Pinoy Extreme Channel.

Pinoy Xtreme is a 24-hour sports and entertainment cable channel owned by Apollo Broadcast Investors and the Philippine Racing Club. The channel currently airs two horse racing coverages (airing twice a day depend on the schedule): the Karera sa Santa Ana Park which broadcasts from the Saddle & Clubs Leisure Park, Naic, Cavite, and the MetroTurf broadcasts from Malvar, Batangas (since mid-2015 following SkyCable's decision not to renew the contract with MetroTurf owner Metro Manila Turf Club). Aside from Santa Ana Park and MetroTurf, Pinoy Xtreme also airs lifestyle sports, religious, and music programming.

The channel was previously known as Prime Channel, and later, Viva Prime Channel (in partnership with Viva Entertainment).
