Ghani Khel, commonly known by the name of Ani Khel in Charsadda in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan, is the largest of all subtribes of Muhammadzai in Charsadda. Muhammadzai is the name of several Pashtun tribes found in Afghanistan, Pakistan and Iran. Ani Khel are also known in Charsadda for their vast properties covering almost half of Hastnagar. The Ani Khel family members lands start from Sardaryab, a local tourist and picnic spot near Peshawar, situated in the Charsadda District, and extend to Mardan, and also to Nowshehra district.
