Ghidighici is a commune in Chişinău municipality, Moldova. It is composed of a single village, Ghidighici.

It is the location of the Ghidighici Reservoir.

History

On November 1, 1942, the king Michael of Romania joined the opening ceremony of the Liberation Tower in Ghidighici. The tower was destroyed in 1944, after the Soviet re-occupation.[1][2][3]
