Over the years, the company has been the recipient of awards including the Deloitte Top 50 Fastest Growing Companies in Silicon Valley award and the Inc. 5000 award for one of the Fastest Growing Private Companies in Silicon Valley. The Company announced its pending acquisition by Pearson PLC (LSE: PSON), in May 2012 in an all-cash transaction and was officially acquired by Pearson on July 5, 2012.. On November 10, 2016, the Company has been acquired from Pearson by its management.
