Grafton is an unincorporated community in Chautauqua County, Kansas, in the United States.[1] Grafton is located at 37°12′01″N 96°08′59″W / 37.20028°N 96.14972°W / 37.20028; -96.14972.

History

Grafton had a post office from 1871 until 1906.[2]
